While Dion Lee’s show was all glass, crystals and giant zippers, it was possibly the A-list guest list who stole the show.
Aussie model Jesinta Campbell dazzled in a skin-tight khaki dress and crimson Dion Lee coat which she said on snap chat is made from ‘ethical fur’.
The star, who’s look was topped off by braids, shiny brown boots and a choker was joined by many other stunning celebrity guests.
Model Nikki Phillips shined in a classic little black dress, and casual half up half down bun.
Lindy Klim showed off her incredible figure in a navy boob tube dress and peach heels that popped, while fashion icon Margaret Zhang layered up in soft pastel palettes.
Dion Lee was counted on to present a well-edited collection of sharply tailored suits and slinky silhouettes, and last tonight’s show didn’t dissapoint.
Choosing to show in the Bloomberg skyscraper, Lee established that this range was different and was to be taken seriously, especially when you checked out his front row, which included Victoria’s Secret supermodel, Bridget Malcolm, and actress Yael Stone, from HBO’s hit TV show, Orange Is The New Black.
“I think the environment is important in the way it relates to the architecture in the collection. The connection to glass, transparency and tailoring relates to the lightness of the clothes,” said Lee.

The star designer is on a roll, since parading his Autumn/winter collection in New York in February, he continued the monochrome theme, delivering an exquisite range of desirable, lightweight ensembles perfect for the Resort season.
Body con dresses were uber sexy — and short — dripping with glass crystals, while deconstructed jackets came with giant zippers that were half undone to reveal plenty of skin.
