Alex Nation reveals The Bachelor Richie Strahan has still not met her son Elijah

ALEX Nation has revealed her son Elijah still hasn’t met her Bachelor beau Richie Strahan. Despite filming having wrapped for the dating show months ago, the couple are still not rushing the introduction.

ALEX Nation has revealed her son Elijah still hasn’t met her Bachelor beau Richie Strahan.

Despite filming having wrapped for the dating show months ago, and the finale airing on TV screens last month, the couple are still not rushing the introduction.

In an adorable post with her son holding a rose, Alex, 25, cheekily wrote, “Richie, you’re not the only cutie that can hand out a rose,” and went on to tell followers the boys are yet to come face-to-face.

“My two handsome boys are still yet to meet...however, I just know with my whole heart that Richie will be awesome,” she wrote in the comment section of her post.

“When Elijah meets Richie that will be a very special moment for us, it’s something that we don’t want to rush and it’s important to us that we wait until the time is right xx.”

Supportive fans applauded the reality TV star on her decision to take things slow, including one follower who said, “I truly believe there is no need to rush the introduction of a new partner to your child. The easy thing would be to rush it, not sure that is always the best thing, especially with all the media following you guys at the mo”.

In the interactive post, the blonde babe also admitted that if her son, five, met someone like Bachelor runner up Nikki Gogan she’d be quite happy.

“If Elijah was to meet someone like Nikki when he was older, I’d be pretty stoked.” Alex wrote when one fan suggested the little cutie give her TV rival the rose.

Since the show Alex and Nikki have been pictured together and are said to be on good terms, with the future Mrs Richie Strahan even tagging Nikki in the post saying, “Can’t wait for you to meet this little guy one day @nikki_gogan”.
