After spending 14 days quarantining in a luxury eastern suburbs mansion, Julia Roberts jetted out of Sydney on Saturday, heading to Queensland sporting the same favourite yellow
polka dot bucket hat she was wearing when she arrived.
The Hollywood superstar attempted to go incognito as she boarded the private jet bound for the Sunshine State, where she will join the set of romantic comedy Ticket To Paradise, alongside fellow A-lister George Clooney.
Clooney, his wife Amal and their young family spent quarantine at a luxury farmstead in the Southern Highlands.
Famously private Roberts, 53, was barely seen throughout her mandatory quarantine period, aside from snaps of her taking in the view from the $56.9 million luxury Vaucluse home in her pyjamas, with a hot drink in hand.
Great lengths were taken to protect the Oscar winner’s privacy during her stay, with minders ensuring a large black screen was erected on the waterfront side of the home for the duration.
Shooting of the rom-com is expected to take two months and will be filmed on the Gold Coast, Brisbane and the Whitsundays.
The stars will play a divorced couple who travel to Bali to stop their daughter from getting hitched.
