One of Australia’s most celebrated homegrown success stories, Shelley Sullivan, was spotted this week with her agent and Toby Borg of Creative Artists Agency (CAA).

Sullivan was sighted dining at Sydney’s iconic Indigo Café in Double Bay, a renowned hotspot for high-powered breakfast meetings and deal making, with prominent publicist Nick Fordham and Borg, who is at the helm of the most powerful and influential talent and brand management agencies in the world.

According to industry insiders, Borg is in Australia to finalise a major international partnerships between CAA and Sullivan, whom they represent.

The deal is said to be aimed at disrupting the global beauty, wellness and lifestyle industries.

CAA represents global icons including Jennifer Lopez, Margot Robbie, Tom Hanks, Brad Pitt and Glen Powell, to name a few.

The agency is renowned for shaping not only careers but empires—spearheading brand launches such as Tom Hanks’ Hanks for Our Troops, Gabrielle Union and Dwyane Wade’s Proudly, Lady Gaga’s Haus Beauty, RuPaul’s Allstora and Katy Perry’s De Soi.

Having seen such huge success with her beauty brand, MCoBeauty, Sullivan is tipped to emulate that success with her next venture.

Her signing with the CAA has been noticed on the global stage.

“This is the kind of partnership that shifts industries,” said one source close to the deal. “Shelley has already built a beauty empire with MCoBeauty. With CAA behind her, she’s about to build something even bigger—something global.”

Sullivan’s next move is shrouded in secrecy, but one thing is clear: whatever Shelley Sullivan does next it won’t just succeed—it will set the new global benchmark.
