Devine sat down to US politics and the Australian-American alliance with Australian ambassador to the US Joe Hockey, Australian billionaire Anthony Pratt and media magnate Kerry Stokes.

Last week was the first official state meeting between Mr Trump and Mr Turnbull and the first real contact between the two leaders since a disastrous phone conversation concerning refugees between the pair leaked out.
Outbound for the US, Devine handed over the mic to Jonathon “JMo” Moran and Sharri Markson as she headed to the US.
