Live stream: Catch two days of great action from the Queensland Schools Premier League finals

The top football schools in Queensland are set to hit the field for two massive days to decide the state boys and girls champions. Catch four games LIVE on October 5 and six more on October 27.

The cream of the state’s top football schools will contest the Queensland Schools Premier League finals on Thursday, October 5 and Friday, October 27.

Catch 10 games - four on October 5 and six on October 27 - from the home of the Wynnum Wolves across senior boys and girls, junior boys and girls and intermediate boys and girls.

KommunityTV will be your one-stop shop for the action, starting with all four senior finals next Thursday. Games kick off at 9am.

All six Junior and Intermediate finals will be featured later in the month.

There is a nice spread of schools represented across the finals.

PBS SHS, Helensvale SHS and Southport SHS give the south some big hopes, while Chancellor State College represents the Sunshine Coast. Kelvin Grove State College, Murrumba State College, Aspley SHS, Corinda SHS, Cavendish Road SHS and Cleveland High School will also be there.

Some of the state’s best young talent will be on hand, including Kelvin Grove State College awesome foursome, Noah Maieroni and Freddy Babbage (senior boys) and elite female Tully Heatley and Jonti Fisher (senior girls).

Southport SHS’s campaign will be spearheaded by Hibiki Tomioka (Intermediate boys), while Helensvale SHS’s discovery player of the competition, Tamaho Perry, will be all action in the senior boys alongside his schoolmate, Joseph Saunders.

Be sure to watch Helenvale’s Zak Boyd when the intermediate boys competition swings around on October 27.

Cavendish Road SHS will also have one of the SPL’s most potent strikers in Novak Kljajic, while Corinda SHS’s intermediate boys side will bristle with talent, headed by terrific trio Xander Laikum, Eyor Sagigi and Matthew Mure.

Also keep an eye out for Corinda SHS girls Alex Horvath, Rani Sharma and Georgina Robertson.
