Picturesque bayside views, a rooftop pool and a five-theatre cinema complex – the latest residential development on Brisbane’s bayside has it all.

Potential buyers can now inspect a display unit at Lato Baia, the residential tower on top of the historic Wynnum Cinema development at 80 Berrima St, despite the project still being months away from completion.

A total of 62 apartments are available, including a variety of one-, two- and three-bedroom units, and some with study.
