Brisbane’s most exclusive golf-side retirement community, Fairway Carindale, was unveiled

after strong early demand late last year.

A luxury new vertical retirement community located alongside Brisbane’s popular Pacific Golf Club, Fairway is now under construction with more than 95 per cent of the first stage already secured by local downsizers seeking premium lifestyle options for their golden years.

The masterplanned community will occupy 1.5 hectares within the 53 hectares of green open

space owned by Pacific Golf Club.

Construction of one of Gold Coast’s most luxurious waterfront retirement communities is well advanced.

Stage one, Esprit, has only a handful of available apartments remaining with many buyers now eagerly awaiting the release of stage two.

Esperance is transforming a disused canal-front site, which was once home to the former

Village Square market, into a deluxe waterfront community.

Esprit is in the final stages of construction with residents officially moving into their new homes in late 2022.
