Officers say the building was vacant at the time, and no one was injured as a result of the blaze.

Police are appealing for anyone who may have been driving along Beenleigh Road between 11pm last night, March 7, and 1am this morning, or who may have dashcam footage, to contact them.

The unit will remain a crime scene until scientific officers arrive this morning.

Investigations are ongoing.
