“After around 12 months in the industry I found my groove and what I have always enjoyed is making changes in people's lives through homes,” Ms Rutherford said.

Ms Rutherford is a multi year finalist in the REIQ Agent of the Year award and enjoys fresh challenges.

Kim Olsen – Ray White

Kim Olsen is currently celebrating a decade in real estate after previously working with Flight Centre and being a full time mum.

“I spent more than 10 years at home raising our three children until our eldest started high school,” Ms Olsen said,

“I enjoyed volunteering within the primary school they attended - Eagle Junction State School - reading, helping with art, spotting at the pool, tuckshop, uniform shop etc.”

Ms Olsen’s highest sale in the past year was at 97 Park Rd Kalinga, a much loved Queenslander on 1200 sqm which had been the family home for nearly 60 years.

“The work I do means everything to me. I feel privileged,” she said.

“I have built my brand on integrity and service. I take great care with every transaction.”

Joanna Gianniotis – Place Real Estate – Bulimba

Years in the industry: 20

Joanna Gianniotis’s long term passion always has and always will be to sell homes and care for her clients.

Her knowledge of the area and its community stems from experience and her integration into Brisbane’s southside.

Ms Gianniotis has worked in real estate for more than 20 years and first become a partner in Place Bulimba in 2019.

Her biggest sale was a house on 9 Grant Street, Camp Hill, that fetched $3.2M

Lisette Schults-Rand – Ray White

Lisette Schults-Rand said finding her feet in the property industry was tough, but all of her hard work paid off.

“I found my first few years in the industry quite tough,” Ms Schults-Rand said.

“I don’t know that I could say I was a fish to water but I worked very hard and sacrificed a fair bit to put money into the business.

“Now I am the number one auction agent in the Ray White group in Queensland and fourth internationally and am ranked in the top 1 per cent of agents in Ray White for total properties sold.”

Ms Schults-Rand’s team has sold more than $97M of property in the last year with more than 100 auctions.

Her biggest sale was 27 Richmond Street Chelmer -which sold at auction for $3.175M.

Ms Schults-Rand enjoys competing in showjumping with her horse Barry, and is in the process of completing her dream adopting a greyhound friend.

Ms Schults-Rand wants to encourage all women to pursue their dreams, even if they may seem tough at first.

“When I started in real estate there were very few young women at the top,” she said.

“I think it would have meant the world for me to be able to see someone similar up there in the early years.

“I feel like I might be able to show some of the next gen of agents that you can absolutely do it when you are young – especially young females who are very much a minority still.”

Georgia Pevy – McGrath real estate

Georgie Pevy is a well known licenced sales agent based in Paddington.

She is dedicated to helping the community in their real estate ventures in the areas of Chelmer, Graceville, Sherwood, Corinda, Oxley and Tennyson.

Ms Pevy’s biggest sale in the last 12 months was 39 Victoria Ave in Chelmer that sold for $3.175M in February.

Ms Pevy specialises in building lifelong bonds with her clients and giving them the best possible care and transparent communication.

Tamara Hall – RE/MAX

Years in the industry: 15

Tamara Hall said working in real estate is everything to her.

“It’s literally everything. It is my purpose and it is my passion,” Ms Hall said.

Ms Hall began her career move at the young age of 18 when she first received a job as a real estate agent.

“I started working as a real estate agent at the age of 18 in a team with my mother,” she said.

“It wasn’t until she retired, and I no longer had the team environment as a security blanket that my drive and passion to succeed as a respected real estate agent in my own right, really shone through.”

Ms Hall is currently ranked No. 1 Marketer in Australia and No. 2 Agent in Australia for RE/MAX.

In her spare time Ms Hall enjoys the gym, HITT, boxing and creating new experiences with her friends and family.

Ms Hall’s biggest sale in the last 12 months was 5 Willet Court, Thornlands which sold for $2.4M.

Rochelle Adgo – Harcourts Solution

Years in the industry: 5

Rochelle Adgo said she had a passion for helping others to find their dream home in a safe and rewarding way.

With her husband they have bought, sold and renovated many properties as well as have investment properties, previous to her start in real estate.

Ms Adgo has background in finance and business management background and using her honed skills to add an additional level of customer service to her clients.

Her biggest sale in the last 12 months was 31 Barber Rd, Ferny Hills for $2,205,000.00.

Rochelle has also just recently been awarded Harcourts QLD No 1 Agent for the year 2021-2022 as well as being named Harcourts Australia’s No 1 Residential Agent for the Year 2021-2022.

Leisa Lee – AP Realty

Leisa Lee lives provide the best possible outcome for her clients.

“My passion is to achieve results that ensure both my sellers and buyers are happy, it is called a win-win,” Ms Lee said.

Ms Lee has worked in the industry for 18 years, working for some large brands, even having her own agency for a while.

“It’s everything – it is my life and I work hard to ensure I do the best job I can,” she said.

“My focus is totally on the market to ensure that stay abreast of the prevailing market the conditions.

“It is hard work, but I love it.”

Her other passions include her family, reading, travelling and good food, not to mention designer label handbags.

Her biggest sale in the last 12 months was a new property at Seven Hills which sold for a record $1.6M.

“It gives me great satisfaction to have happy clients.

“I like the feeling of achieving over and above results “it is a business just like weddings” where everyone is happy, and it also allows me to have flexibility and spend quality time with my family.”

Keny Guerra – Ray White

Kenny Guerra, originally from Guatemala, has overcome many obstacles to help her achieve her goals in real estate.

“I moved to Australia seven years ago with no English,” Ms Guerra said.

“After a few English courses I decided to apply to a real estate job door knocking and after four months as an associate I moved to being a sales agent in 2017.”

Ms Guerra was rated the No. 1 QLD female sales agent in Logan for selling land in the past year.

“I am always passionate to help people to achieve their goals and have had previous experience in sales,” she said.

“I thought real estate would be the perfect job to complement my passion and experience.”

Ms Guerra’s top sale was a development site of 20 blocks for $5.6M

Melissa Verschuur

Years in the industry: 21

Melissa Verschuur says her buyers and sellers keep her love for real estate alive.

“I love helping people,” Ms Verschuur said.

“I find Real Estate to be such a rewarding way to do that.

“No matter what the reason is, it’s an emotional journey and walking beside my families during the process is a gift.”

Ms Verschuur‘s top sale was 53-57 Park Ridge Road Park Ridge South that sold for $1.5M.

“Whether it be securing a financial future, realising a dream or a shift in circumstances, I wanted to show it could be done with heart, with honesty,” she said.

“A very dear mentor used to say I was a “dolphin swimming with the sharks” and the industry needed me, I with never forget that.”

Ms Verschuur chooses to relax by writing or painting.

She has also written a book, held solo art exhibitions, owned a photographic studio and ridden equestrian semi professionally. I relax by writing or painting.

Savana McKenzie – Ray White

Savana McKenzie said being raised by a single mum helped her strive to work hard in life.

“She is a big part of my why, helping support her means a lot to me,” Ms McKenzie said.

Ms McKenzie began her career in hospitality before finding her passion for sales.

“When I started in real estate I was an assistant to an amazing female agent, which was super inspiring specially being in a male dominant industry,” she said.

Ms McKenzie has been in the industry five years, with her highest property in the last 12 months selling for $810,000 in Springwood.

“I absolutely love what I do, knowing that I’m helping people whether its selling or buyer it’s such an awesome feeling.”

“It gives me a sense of purpose, selling can be such a stressful time for all parties and if I can take that stress away from them I know I've done a good job.”

Rebecca Cuderman Ray White Marsden & Daisy Hill

Rebecca Cuderman said she was more than just a glorified door opener.

“Real estate agents come under fire constantly, so I do love being able to prove that I am more than just a glorified door opener,” Ms Cuderman said.

“Having worked with so many clients of mine now over multiple transactions in such a short period of time its rewarding knowing they can see the effort I put in each time for them.”

Ms Cuderman started her career in real estate at 17, working as a receptionist to office administrator to sales personal assistant and then agent four years ago.

“I love my job and this industry as it rewards those who work hard and make sacrifices,” she said.

Ms Cuderman’s biggest sale in the last 12 months was a property sold for $810,000.

In her spare time she enjoys horseback riding.

REDLANDS

Kathy Tsai – Kathy Tsai Property

Years in the industry: 7

Largest sale in the past 12 months: $3.5M

Kathy Tsai went from working as a professional dietician to opening up her dream real estate branch.

Ms Tsai speaks three languages, English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese which assists her in networking internationally creating her a large network of overseas buyers.

She promises a five star experience, with her wide knowledge of the bayside and incredible motivation and enthusiasm.

“I love helping people, real estate and solution-focused problem solving,” Ms Tsai said.

“When both sellers and buyers are happy achieving their real estate goals, it then makes me a happy agent.

Ms Tsai’s highest priced property over the last 12 months at 5-31 Platres Drive, Thornlands, sold for a heaping $3.5M.

Tina Bowen – Gould Estate Agents

From police officer to selling houses, Tina Bowen said she loves serving the Redlands community one way or another.

“I have been a lifelong Redland local, a police officer for 27 years serving in our community, two years ago I sparked an interest in real estate and my passion for the industry has continued to grow tenfold,” Ms Bowen said.

Ms Bowen said it was a slow start to her career, until her full time debut this year where she sold more than 107 properties.

Her top sale has been at 38 Tipuana Dr Capalaba for $2.5M.

“It was an absolute honour to sell this prestigious home, working with the sellers to achieve these results was a rewarding experience, meeting the buyers who are the most loving genuine family was an exceptional experience,” Ms Bowen said.

“I still maintain contact with both sellers and buyers to this day.”

Ms Bowen said knowing that she gets to go home everyday and know that she has helped someone and has made a positive impact makes her smile.

Nyree Ewings

Nyree Ewings says real estate is no walk in the park, it requires hard work and determination.

“I love breaking the mould of what people think an agent does and it's not just selling and turning up, there's so much more involved,” Ms Ewings said.

“You have to be doing the right thing by people consistently and achieving results to have a business based on repeat and referral opportunities.”

Ms Ewings said her work is her life.

“My work is everything to me, it's not just a job but the biggest part of my life, it comes home with me at night and is part of every single day,” she said.

“I wouldn't change a thing!

“Work life balance isn't a reality it’s just the real estate lifestyle of always on.”

Ms Ewings had her biggest sale in the last year land in on $1.65M, for a property at 76 Howlett Road, Capalaba.

Denise Quick – Raine & Horne

Years in the industry: 24

Denise Quick is a licensee in charge, director and REI accredited real estate agent with more than 24 years experience.

Ms Quick was previously the owner and operator of Raine & Horne Yamba for 20 years before moving to Queensland with her partner and daughter to open her own business.

Within six months of opening Ms Quick was named Rate my Agents – Agency of the Year for rentals in Redland Bay for 2022.

Ms Quick started her career in real estate through a legal avenue.

“I started my working career in the legal industry working as a conveyancer which enabled me to gain a wonderful insight into the industry and a thorough understanding of property law,” Ms Quick said.

“My desire to help others, give back, and my love of homes meant that becoming a real estate agent was a natural fit for me.”

Her biggest sale in the last 12 months was a property in Redland Bay that sold for $1.6445M.

Louise Denisenko – RE/MAX

Louise Denisenko said the best part about working in real estate was getting to be your own boss and having every day different from the one before.

Ms Denisenko said she describes her work more as a lifestyle, helping people transition rather than just a mindless transaction.

“I could not see myself doing anything else now as I genuinely love what I do,” Ms Denisenko said.

“Everyone has a story, and it is interesting and a privilege to hear what they have experienced in life.”

Ms Denisenko has more than 10 years experience in real estate and in the last 12 months sold her top priced property for $1.4M in Redland Bay.

“Real estate is the best job in the world,” Ms Denisenko said.

Corinne Guterres – LJ Hooker

Years in the industry: 7

Corinne Guterres said she had been told numerous times by friends that she could “sell snow to Eskimos,” which convinced her to kickstar her career in real estate.

She prides herself on her dedication and close work with clients.

“My point of difference is that I look after my clients from beginning to end and they only deal with me. No assistants. Just me 24/7,” Ms Guterres said.

“My tagline is: Never over-promising, just delivering.”

Ms Guterres is the No. 1 selling agent in the burgeoning suburb of Mount Cotton and is actively engaged within the community.

She was named as Rate My Agent’s Agent of the Year Mount Cotton for 2020, 2021 and again in 2022.

Ms Guterres rates herself on her personable touch and innate sense of humour which invariably reduces stress levels during the process of selling or buying.

Her top sale over the last 12 months in Mount Cotton is 31 Sunrise St which achieved $1,320,000.

Her highest sale though, was 638 Underwood Rd, Underwood, which she sold off market for an eye watering $2,488,000.

Leanne Bojarski – RE/MAX

Leanne Bojarski is a busy working mum, a real estate agent, and has come from a therapy background, working as an Neuro-Linguistic Programming practitioner and a coach.

“I am busy working mum to two beautiful children, I absolutely love real estate and connecting people and property,” Ms Bojarski said.

“My passion is to help and enable people to achieve their desired dreams and outcomes.”

She has been in the industry for six years and in the past 12 months has achieved some fantastic sales, her top being a $1.3m home in the Redlands.

“I knew I’d never look back when I was getting clients results beyond their dreams, when I opened up new chapters to their lives with ease and when I got my clients through the challenging unfortunate circumstances like divorces, deaths and job losses,” Ms Bojarski said.

“I knew they needed to be understood, cared for and (provided with) a complete professional experience at the same time.”

Emma Miller – Freedom Property

Years in the industry: 2.5

Emma Miller is a hard working single mum who has had a very successful first couple of years in real estate after working as a travel agent for Flight Centre for eight years.

“I moved over to real estate a week before Covid hit and blew up the Flight Centre business,” Ms Miller said.

Born originally in the UK, Ms Miller says becoming a real estate agent has allowed her flexibility as well as success.

“The job allows uncapped earning potential and also flexibility so I can still spend time with my 4-year old son,” Ms Miller said.

She has been in the industry for two-and-a-half years and in the last 12 months has had some great sales, her top being 63 Wellington Street, Ormiston which sold for $1,270,000.

“I have always been in sales and real estate was always my end goal,” she said.

People are my passion and being able to become apart of their worlds and really help them on this journey is a huge passion of mine.”

IPSWICH

Josie Smith – Josie Smith and Co

Years in the industry: 14

Josie Smith is the Principal of Century 21 Josie Smith and Co in Ipswich.

The mum of two, originally a nurse, has had to overcome many challenges in the real estate industry.

“The biggest challenge I’ve had to overcome in the industry is the negative stereotype of real estate agents.

“I read a Readers Digest article when I started my career maybe 13 or 14 years ago and real estate agents ranked lower on the trustworthy scale than used car salesmen, lawyers and ladies of the night.”

Ms Smith is challenging the industry to be better, to get rid of the negative perception of agents within the Ipswich community.

She says that she has been shaped by no one other than herself, and has notions of being a public speaker for women in the future.

“I forged my own path in real estate and everything I have achieved and done has been without the support of anyone,” she said.

“I am fiercely independent, as I have had to be.”

Ms Smith has worked in the industry for more than 14 years, her biggest sale in the last 12 months was a $2.3M home in Ipswich.

“My mantra has always been ”just keep swimming” from the Finding Nemo movie,” she said.

“My boys were young when I first started in real estate and I would have watched that movie 50 times so the saying strangely stuck with me throughout my entire career – because you can’t sink if you don’t stop swimming.

“Definitely my favourite mantra.”

Irena Marasea – Brookwater Residential

Years in the industry: 19

Irena Marasea came from the Aviation Industry, working 12 years for Boeing Australia as a Software Quality Manager, before selling the Australian Air Traffic Control System for Thales to countries like Fiji, Mauritius, China and even South Africa.

Ms Marasea believes in setting high standards in all that she does in order to exceed expectations and achieve what others would perceive as unattainable goals.

She found the software industry to be too restrictive and impersonal and ultimately made the switch to real estate, never looking back.

Ms Marasea’s biggest sale in the last 12 months was a property at 9 Scenery Court Brookwater that sold for $1.9M.

She said her tenacity, perseverance and negotiation skills make her the ideal real estate agent, with her ability to think laterally in all situations.

June Frank – Walkers Real Estate

Years in the industry: 32

June Frank is a real estate in the Ipswich region.

She grew up in a railway family and has seven siblings, all of whom grew up in Ipswich attending the Blair School and Ipswich State High School.

Ms Frank admits this local connection is the key part of her success.

With her hometown advantage, she knows the area inside and out, has a genuine love for her hometown.

Originally working in a government position, Ms Frank, has had some record sales over the past 12 months, with a single large lot of land fetching $1.65M.

Ms Frank was awarded the Ipswich Chamber of Commerce Businessperson of the year, which was the first time a woman had been awarded the honour in 100 years.

She received the Ipswich Customer Service Award, which was awarded by the Ipswich Chamber of Commerce, and Large company of the year, awarded through the business network, Corporate Citizen of the Year and Business of the Year.

She recently bought her dream home, a high Victorian Mansion heritage property circa 1888, situated proudly on Limestone Hill in Ipswich, which she is in the midst of restoring it to its original grandeur.

Vanya Dzumhur – Ray White

Years in the industry: 6 years

Vanya Dzumhur went from medical science honours graduate to number one agent in her area.

“Despite having completed my Honours in Medical science, real estate was always present in the back of my mind as something I would love to do,” Ms Dzumhur said.

“So when my partner got a job in Brisbane and we had to relocate, I decided it would be the perfect opportunity to take a chance and start in a new direction.

“It has been the best decision of my life. I love every aspect of real estate – the flexibility of the job, being able to set my own hours and schedule, meeting wonderful people, seeing beautiful homes, and being in control of how much I make based on how hard I work.”

Ms Dzumhur’s biggest sale in the last 12 months was a stunning Metricon Display home in South Ripley, selling for a record $1.2M in February.

“By working and living in my core area of South Ripley, I am also deeply invested in getting the highest prices for my clients,” she said.

“Achieving a great sale price can be literally life changing for someone, with extra money from a sale setting clients up financially.

“I take my job very seriously as I am aware of the fact that I have thousands of dollars riding on every sale and every buyer interaction.

“In a nutshell, getting top dollar for my clients is the aim of the game.”

Lynn Armit – First National Real Estate

Years in the industry: 20 years

Lynn Armit has lived her whole life in Ipswich and is a jack of trades with career choices ranging from geriatric nursing, accounts admin to nail technician.

“I had been a nail technician for over 17 years and was getting to the age of 40 so made the decision that I wanted a change,” Ms Armit said.

“I had a girlfriend who was an agent and would listen to her stories totally mesmerised by the challenges she faced and how she managed to make it all work out in the end.

“It sounded exactly like what I had been looking for.”

Ms Armit has worked for a number of real estate brands over the last 20 years, with her top selling property over the last 12 months, 232 Petersens Road Upper Tenthill, fetching $1.05M.

“This job definitely gives you something new to tackle every day and I love meeting new people and finding out their story,” Ms Armit said.

Helene Shephard –First National Real Estate

Helene Shephard is a valued member of the Ipswich community.

Only recently leaving her job behind as a lawyer, Laney McQueen is still fresh to real estate but is smashing goals nevertheless.

“I was previously a lawyer for over 11 years and have a passion for helping people,” Ms McQueen said.

“After reaching my previous career goal, I decided to make a change and it’s been the most exciting and positive move.”

Ms Mcqueen has had a lot of success in her first year, her biggest sale over the last 12 months being a property in Ipswich that sold for $1.025M.

“I have sold multiple properties over the million-dollar mark,” she said.

Bliss Grayson said she lives and breathes real estate and could not imagine choosing another career path.

Ms Grayson was born in Ipswich and with her husband, is raising two children.

She and her husband have a passion for homes, already renovating a property, building two homes and having recently secured another block to work on.

“Connecting people to property is a task I don’t take lightly, and getting to be involved in what is some of people's biggest life changing decisions is incredible,” Ms Grayson said.

Amie Tarrant said she grew up in a builders family, learning the art of renovating and flipping properties from a young age.

Now, Ms Tarrant and her husband also flip properties, while also maintaining her role as a real estate agent for Ipswich and surrounding areas.

“This is our passion,” Ms Tarrant said.

“We love the hands on side of real estate and it helps to have a greater knowledge and connection with clients.”

Ms Tarrant said she lives and breathes her work in all its aspects, along with her family.

“Work is a positive experience for me as I love what I do and its something that my family and I all share interest in,” she said.

George Haug said her clients were the most important part of her job.

“My work means so much to me,” Ms Haug said.

“I am actually very, very serious when it comes to detail- in this not what is important to me- but what is important to my client.”

Ms Haug spent some time working in Tokyo, working as a photographer and owning her own florist, before moving back to Australia to pursue real estate.

“As a child we moved quite a bit so I always remember helping preparing our family homes for inspections and also the feeling as a kid leaving my loved friends and neighbours,” she said.

“I think I naturally connect well with children in the property search from having lived.”

Ms Haug’s biggest sale in the last 12 months was 23 Currell Circuit in Samford Valley.

Jess Culling – Ray White

Years in the industry: 10 years

After being told no Jess Culling went out and told the world yes.

“I started in real estate in an admin role, I did prospecting after hours for the agents to make extra money and I did really well,” Ms Culling said.

“I asked them for a job in sales and they said no, so I quit and went out and got one elsewhere, that has led me to being the Principal of Ray White Newport.”

Ms Culling said having her support system in her family has been so important.

“Juggling both work and motherhood is definitely not easy but is always rewarding,” she said.

“The most important thing to me is definitely family.”

Ms Culling’s biggest sale in the last 12 months was 177 Quay Circuit, Newport, which fetched a high $3,033,000.

“Work to me is one of my biggest passions in life,” Ms Culling said.

“I love being able to achieve the best price possible for my sellers and make the process as seamless as possible.

“It truly is the best feeling getting them a result that they are more than content about.”

Cara Bergmann - Harcourt Solutions

Cara Bergmann, originally from South Africa, came to Australia with her husband and two daughters in 2007.

She had always been in sales, from owning a Spar supermarkets, a real estate agency and a general motors car dealership.

“My father was my inspiration when it came to sales and instilled my work ethics in me,” Ms Bergmann said.

“I have three passions in life, my family, my labradors and travel.”

Ms Bergmann has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years and her biggest sale in the last year was a property in Strathpine that sold for $2.5M.

“I love what I do.

“The satisfaction I receive when we get to help our clients either purchase their home or assist them to move on to their next chapter of their lives is priceless.

“The social aspect is my favourite part of what I do, I get to meet so many interesting people on a daily basis.

“Real estate isn’t without challenges but it is worth it.”

Leanne Kroes – RE/MAX

“I got into real estate after a terrible experience trying to purchase the family home when we moved here,”Ms Kroes said.

“I always strive to sell homes for a record price and exceeding my customers expectation is very important to me.

“I have many clients that send their family and friends to me and repeatedly reuse my services.”

Ms Kroes sold her highest priced property in the last 12 months at $1.865M for a house at 58-64 Mathew Crescent in Burpengary.

Mum of four, Gina Kirkland, has had quite the journey to get to Real Estate.

Originally managing frontline retail, to owning her own business, to regional fashion manager to designing baby car seats, Ms Kirkland has done it all.

“My mother in law said why don’t you try real estate I think you would be fabulous,” Ms Kirk said.

“Not long after a Remax agent knocked on my door, I said I wasn’t going to sell but was interested in the industry, and invited her in.

“We chatted for two hours until she rung her boss who invited me to a sales meeting.

“The ready is history.”

Ms Kirkland’s biggest sale in the last 12 months was on Andreas street McDowell sold for $1.65M.

“With the amazing support of my 13 yr twin and my husband as my wings allowing me to fly high and support the family so I can work the crazy hours I do.”

Clare Robins – Ray White

Clare Robins said having a supportive work team and family is the key to her success.

As the Director of Ray White Deception Bay, along with her two sisters the team transacted $86M worth of residential sales for the last financial year.

“My career is exponentially rewarding and I’m thankful for the loyalty our clients show our family business,” Ms Robins said.

“The best part about work it that is really doesn‘t feel like work.

“Every day I get to be around my sisters, my hometown community who I genuinely care about with a loyal team that are like family – it really doesn’t get any better.”

Ms Robins says she is passionate about supporting women in real estate and business avenues.

“As a working mum it’s a juggle and we really can do it all with the right support,” she said.

Her biggest sale in the last 12 months was a Luxury Acreage property at 127 Cross St, Deception Bay for 1.42 million, a street record for the area.

In her down time Ms Robins enjoys deep sea diving, snowboarding, horse riding and weight training, as well as spending weekends with her family at their beach house in Caloundra.

Kathy Sweeney – RE/MAX

Ms Sweeney’s highest priced sale in the last 12 months was 19-21 Ken Street in Burpengary East which sold for $1.3M.

She is heavily involved in the community coaching local junior touch football, Hosting Cancer council events and local fundraisers, along with local school events.

She says her job means more to her than a transaction - it’s a passion.

“We are selling our hometown and we want to make sure we give it the care and recognition we believe it deserves,” Ms Robins said.

Ms Robins started her career as a letterbox dropper for her father when she was just 10, progressing to her dream job as a real estate agent as soon as she could.

“Real Estate is more than just houses – it‘s getting to know people, listening, being genuine,” she said.

“I love hearing people’s stories, how they came to invest in the area and how these stories translate to the point in their life where they want to sell or buy.

Aimee Marsh – Ray White

“I had no intention of real estate and it never crossed my mind until I learned I was good at it and good with people,” Ms Marsh said.

Ms Marsh says she has had to overcome many battles in the workforce.

“It has shown me that majority of men cannot handle a successful woman,” she said.

“I‘ve had to learn to accept it.

“It has taught me to raise my standards and keep my head held high.”

Ms Marsh’s highest sale in the last year was 12 Wallin avenue Deception bay that sold for $970,000.

“I am so proud of where I have come by sticking to this career. For any other job I‘ve worked would never have allowed me to prosper and get this far,” Ms Marsh said.
