Another crash at dangerous Cleveland-Redland Bay Rd
One of Brisbane’s most notorious roads has claimed another four cars this morning, just days after it was announced changes would come following a safety review.

A FOUR-CAR pile up at a notorious Victoria Point intersection involved in a recent safety review has this morning caused traffic back to Thornlands.
The crash happened just before 9am today at the intersection of Bunker and Cleveland-Redland Bay roads.
UPGRADES TO COME FOR DEATHTRAP ROAD
A Queensland Ambulance spokesman said those involved sustained only minor injuries and that a male and female patient were taken to Mater Hospital with minor injuries.
He could not confirm the patients’ ages.
The incident happened just at the end of peak hour and caused traffic to back up all the way to Thornlands.
The crash after a Department of Transport and Main Roads review of the deadly Cleveland-Redland Bay Rd which sparked a reduction in speed along most of the road.
