A Brisbane teen on an 18th birthday joyride on a Domino’s delivery e-scooter has found himself in court after CCTV footage caught him red handed.

Archie Hilsum-aldis, 18, has pleaded guilty in the Pine Rivers Magistrate Court today for taking a joyride on Domino’s delivery e-scooter.
The North Lakes teenager was celebrating his 18th birthday with a friend when they entered North Lakes Dominos on October 6 last year.
They briefly spoke to staff, before taking two delivery e-scooters from the North Lakes business and driving off.
The e-scooters were later located in Mango Hill undamaged.
Hilsum-aldis was identified through CCTV footage where he was later charged by police with unlawful use of motor vehicle.
Magistrate Murphy comment on the pitiful act:
“It was a nuisance act wasn’t it,” He said.
Hilsum-aldis was fined $250.
Convictions were recorded.
