The following people were convicted of drink driving after pleading guilty in Sandgate Magistrates Court this week.
■ Ayoub Suliman Anglo, 23, unemployed of Fitzgibbon, pleaded guilty to driving with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.105 per cent on Beams Rd, Carseldine on May 10.
He also pleaded guilty to a charge that, at the time, he was the holder of a Class C Learners Licence and did not have a supervising driver with him.
Anglo was fined $700 and was disqualified from driving for seven months.
■ Keiran Keith Lake, 25, of Brighton pleaded guilty to driving with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.154 per cent on Fairway Dr, Nanango on April 18.
He was fined $1050 and was disqualified from driving for six months.

■ Brett Alexander Mitchell, 59, of Kallangur, pleaded guilty to driving with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.083 per cent on Gympie Rd, Carseldine on March 20.
He was fined $850 and was disqualified from driving for seven months.
Magistrate Jennifer Batts said, when sentencing Anglo, “these sorts of offences are far too prevalent in the community”.
“Just because you don’t cause some sort of accident or injury … does not mean you should keep committing these offences.
“There’s no good reason, and very few lawful reasons, you should drive affected by alcohol,” Magistrate Batts said.
