The Young Performers’ Edition of the Wizard of Oz, with music and lyrics from the MGM Motion Picture Score by Harold Arlen and EY Harburg, features a young girl named Dorothy (Grace Hack) who, together with her pet dog Toto (Bella Dickie), is mysteriously transported to the Land of Oz — far from her dreary life in 1939 Kansas.

Upon arriving in Oz Dorothy is greeted by Glinda, the Good Witch of the North (Debbie Sibona), who gives her special ruby slippers to keep her safe.

Along her adventure, Dorothy meets new friends Scarecrow (Tyler Mackay), Tin Man (Nicholas Beckitt) and Lion (Miguel Gambley).

Together, they embark on a mission to ask the Wizard of Oz for a way home, a brain, a heart and courage. But the Wicked Witch of the West tries her best to stop them in their tracks, and to steal the ruby slippers.
