Travis Paul Horsfall appeared in Redcliffe Magistrates Court on Monday and pleaded guilty to nine enter premises and stealing offences and a failing to appear charge.
The court heard the 42-year-old Redcliffe man broke into nine storage containers attached to a North Lakes unit block on July 24 this year.
Details about exactly what was stolen were not disclosed during yesterday’s bulk arraignment.
Horsfall was also charged with failing to appear in Pine Rivers Magistrates Court on August 13.
Magistrate Mark Bucknall said Horsfall had a lengthy criminal history which included seven previous convictions for failing to appear in court and that all sentencing options had been imposed in the past – including imprisonment with immediate patrol and a suspended sentence which was breached.

The most recent conviction was on September 14, where he was given a three-month sentence with immediate parole.
Magistrate Bucknall said as this charge predated that offence he would not impose actual imprisonment. Instead he ordered Horsfall serve three months, with immediate parole.
“You are extremely lucky today,” Magistrate Bucknall said.
“I was going to have you serve a third of that but what saved you was that the last sentence predates this one.
“You should expect to do time if you don’t come to court again.”
In relation to the break and enters Horsfall was placed on the Court Link program. The matter was adjourned until October 28.
