Cheryl Williams to go to trial over dangerous driving charge
The wife of controversial former Labor MP Rick Williams will go to trial over a raft of charges including dangerous operation of a vehicle, public nuisance, wilful damage and failing to wear a seatbelt.

Up to nine witnesses are expected to take the stand as a trial gets underway for the wife of a former controversial MP.
Cheryl Williams, the wife of Former Labor member for Pumicestone Rick Williams will go to trial on several charges including dangerous operation of a vehicle.
Mrs Williams, 64, was alleged to have driven a vehicle at a neighbour in Ningi on February 24 and was charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle, public nuisance, wilful damage and failing to wear a seatbelt.
The Ningi resident appeared in Caboolture Magistrates Court today where she pleaded not guilty to the charges.
The matter was adjourned until January 18, 2021 with a trial expected to take two days.
