The 15ha development, located next to the Bruce Highway will include 15 tenancies and will have its grand opening day on November 18.

So far, 10 of those 15 tenancies have been snapped up within the retail location, next to the Big Fish Tavern at 459 Pumicestone Road.

Eildon Capital Group is in final negotiations with various “daily needs” tenants to help service the local and surrounding community.

A Caltex service station and McDonald’s were built at the complex in 2018 and 2020 and plans for a Red Rooster have also been approved.

A $32 million, 13,000 sqm Bunnings, with parking for 400 cars, is expected to open at the beginning of 2023 within the business park also.

Plans to build a KFC, equipped with a drive-through, at the site were approved by Moreton Bay Regional Council.

The application states the KFC, covering 278 sqm, will be built in the carpark near the Coles and other retail outlets.

It will rely on the 308 car parks associated with the main retail centre.

The business park will service the growing community of Elimbah and Elimbah East.

Eildon Capital Group CEO Laurence Parisi said the current provision of retail facilities within the trade area was relatively limited.

“The centre will service the high volume of traffic heading north to the Sunshine Coast, as well as the large, currently under-serviced catchment of Caboolture North, in addition to established rural residential properties that extend to the north, south and west and surrounding workers,” Mr Parisi said.

“In March 2021, the Queensland State Government announced a new suburb at Caboolture West has been selected as a pilot site to accelerate land supply in southeast Queensland.

“On average, 540 new homes to be built per annum until 2041, 60,000 cars passing daily and the centre’s main trade area will increase to 119,000 people by 2041.”
