The developers behind a key new shopping and community hub in Kallangur have revealed what tenants are on their way to the site.
Developers Property Solutions are responsible for the Moreton Bay Regional Council-approved retail and residential development at the corner of Anzac Rd.
Murrumba Village will be rolled out in three stages and will ultimately include five restaurants, a 206-place childcare centre and a supermarket.
The parcel of land will also include Linx Residences comprising of 107 three-bedroom townhouses which are currently under construction as part of stage one of the overall development.
Stage two of the development, which started construction in September will, once complete in October 2021, invite more than 20 businesses to take up residency in two designated locations — a medical and allied health centre and a neighbourhood shopping complex.
The health facilities will include a radiology business, allied health facility, doctor’s surgery, Priceline pharmacy, dental surgery, a physio and exercise physiology centre, QML pathology and a cafe.
The neighbourhood and shopping complex will include a 2500 sqm Princes Fresh and Save supermarket, five restaurants, a barber, beauty and nail salon, laundromat, bottle shop and Australia Post parcel pick-up centre.
A Caltex service station will also be constructed.
Stage three will include a Lead Childcare centre, with 206 places, a swim school and before and after school care which is expected to open in July 2021.
The development site will also include a gated playground and extensive carpark.
