Clontarf resident, Marsha Nicola Croner, in court on drug trafficking charges

A Moreton woman has faced court on drug trafficking charges police allege is linked to a mass drug network operation that saw 23 people charged with more than 111 offences.

A Moreton woman has faced court on drug trafficking charges as one of 23 people arrested during a six-month police investigation called Operation Uniform Hedgehog.

The operation uncovered more than $15,000 in cash, two firearms, more than 12g of methamphetamines, more than 600g of cannabis and vials of steroids.

Clontarf resident, Marsha Nicola Croner, represented in court by her lawyer appeared in Redcliffe Magistrates Court today, September 27, charged with 15 drug trafficking supplying and possession offences.

On March 16, police executed a search warrant at a King Street, Clontarf address where they allegedly located the cash, drugs and steroids.

The search formed part of Operation Uniform Hedgehog, a six-month investigation targeting the trafficking of dangerous drugs in the Moreton Police District.

Redcliffe police charged 23 people with more than 100 offences including, trafficking, supplying and possession of dangerous drugs and possession of weapons.

Three other people are due to appear in court in the upcoming months charged with trafficking, supplying and possession of dangerous drugs and possession of weapons.

North Lakes resident Yvette Wooley, 53, is due to appear in Pine Rivers Magistrates Court on October 5 on 12 counts of supplying dangerous drugs, five counts of possession of dangerous drugs, possession of drug utensils and possession of tainted property.

Lisa Wallage, 34, is due to appear in Redcliffe Magistrates Court on October 12.

Phillip Hall, 38, is also due to appear in Redcliffe Magistrates Court on October 28.

Police Prosecutor Sergeant Timothy Clare told the court police have requested a brief of evidence for seven of Ms Croner’s dangerous drugs trafficking charges.

Ms Croner’s bail was enlarged.

She will appear in the Redcliffe Magistrate Court on November 2.
