Traders in Purple have released a sneak peek at the inside of one of the completed units inside its $42 million Vave Scarborough development.
It will feature a mix of three-bedroom ocean view apartments and seven three-bedroom two-storey pool villas.
Residents will have access to a “lagoon style swimming pool” and a lounging deck.

Work on the development, which overlooks Moreton Bay, started late last year.
Developer Traders in Purple said that more than half of the units had been sold off-plan.
Traders In Purple CEO Brett Robinson said he hoped the development would revitalise the seaside location and meet increased demand from Brisbane downsizers and locals.
“Vave offers residents a holiday feel in a premium waterfront location that is walking distance to the beach, shops, parks, cafes and restaurants,” Mr Robinson said.
“Our apartments are designed to make the most of this unique location, while providing a comfortable and connected residential destination.
“As such, we have received significant interest in our diverse range of waterfront apartments and pool villas since construction started.”
The first furnished display apartment is open for inspection at 137 Landsborough Ave, Scarborough.
