Four men with alleged links to the criminal outlaw motorcycle gang Mongrel Mob have been charged over an alleged violent home invasion in Kingston on Friday.

Connor Douglas Sinclaire-Musa, 19, Dylan Mackie, 18, Jordan Nathaniel Kane, 20, and Jhett Carl Knight, 24, were all denied bail in Beenleigh Magistrates Court on Monday after allegedly breaking into a Kingston home at night on September 24.

The four co-offenders have each been charged with entering dwelling with intent by break at night in company (serious organised crime) and robbery armed/in company/wounded/used personal violence (serious organised crime).

The court heard police will allege that one of the complainants in the incident was a prospect for the Mongrel Mob motorcycle gang and there had been a dispute and physical confrontation in relation to that.

The court heard one of the four offenders, who police did not identify, allegedly threatened that they would shortly return saying, “We’ll all be back in one week. You have one week.”

The court heard the four men had no relevant criminal histories and disputed being involved in any motorcycle gang.

Sinclaire-Musa’s lawyer said he had agreed to give his friends a ride and had stayed the car but didn’t have any knowledge about the alleged incident in the house.

Knight’s lawyer also told the court his client denied having committed any offences or having any knowledge of any offences being committed.

Bail for the four co-offenders was refused due to an unacceptable risk of the accused committing further offences that would endanger the safety and welfare of a person and interfering with witnesses.

All their matters were adjourned to November 24 for a committal mention.
