Tributes flow for Jaquan Duncan after Kingston fatal crash
Friends and family have paid tribute to a Logan teenager killed after his motorbike crashed into a parked truck on New Year’s Day.

Family and friends have remembered a teenage boy after he was killed in a horrific motorbike crash on New Year’s Day south of Brisbane.
Slacks Creek resident Jaquan Duncan died in the single vehicle crash, which police say occurred after 10.30am when the 15-year-old’s motorbike collided with a parked truck along Juers Rd near Attunga St, at Kingston on January 1.
Jaquan suffered critical injuries and died at the scene.
One of Jaquan’s friends said he would cherish the memories had with him.
“Rest in peace brother, never forgotten (the) days brother. Mad memories with you my boi rest easy my brother,” he said.
Others took to Facebook and Instagram to share tributes.
“Foeva on ya bikes mboi, just like me love da bikes. 1/01/2023,” one friend said.
“RIP my boy gone but never forgotten,” another friend posted.
“Rest in peace Jaquan, you will always be loved fly high aunies gonna miss u,” a man commented.
“Rip my brother love ya we all love ya fly high,” another one of Jaquan’s friends said.
“You were the best friend I ever had can’t believe we lost you.”
Police are appealing for any witnesses or anyone with dashcam vision to come forward.
The Forensic Crash Unit is investigating.
