A Logan teenager has died days after being involved in a horrific crash in a four-wheel-drive south of Brisbane.

Police said a 1989 red Ford Maverick had been travelling north along New Beith Rd at New Beith just after midnight on Saturday, when the car left the roadway and crashed into a culvert.
