A tattoo-clad dad from the Somerset Region accused of committing fraud-related offences says he intends to fight all charges, a court has heard.
Lowood man Matthew Adan Fitton, 34, appeared in Beenleigh Magistrates Court on Wednesday, facing nine charges, including a count of fraud, two counts of attempted fraud, two counts of unlawful use of a motor vehicle and one of unlawful entry of vehicle for committing an indictable offence.
Fitton, who represented himself in court, said he intended to contest all of the charges but was waiting to secure legal representation.
He made an application to vary a condition on his bail, which required him not to leave Yarrabilba for any reason except medical emergencies or court appearances.
Fitton said he had since notified police that he had moved from Yarrabilba to Lowood.
His bail condition change was allowed, and he was remanded to appear again in Beenleigh Magistrates Court for further mention on April 6.
