New details have emerged surrounding an alleged gang drive-by shooting in Logan last month involving five people.
Riad Naaman, 23, Ghazi Naaman, 25, Hameed Ayobi, 25 and Hamzah Sayed, 20, faced Beenleigh Magistrates Court on Tuesday, August 22 charged with attempted murder.
The four men as well as Humzan Ahmed, 35, allegedly attempted a drive-by assassination in Underwood on the afternoon of July 13.
Riad Naaman, 23 ,was taken to Princess Alexandra Hospital at the time for a gunshot wound to his ankle.
Police allege he was the driver of the Toyota HiLux that was seen at the shooting.
All four Logan men were also charged with unlawful possession of a weapon in a public place, wilful damage and discharging a weapon in a public place.
They were remanded in custody while a brief of evidence was ordered. It was due on December 8.
The matters would next be mentioned in Beenleigh Magistrates Court for a committal mention on December 13.
