The landscaper, aged in his 50s, was charged yesterday with 13 offences, which are alleged to have happened between November 1, 2017 to yesterday, at Beenleigh and another location.

The accused cannot be named for legal reasons.
The alleged victim is younger than 16, although her exact age was not heard in open court.
The man was granted bail today in Beenleigh Magistrates Court on conditions which include that he report to police once a week, wear a tracking device, and have no contact with the alleged victim or her mother.
The court heard the investigation is only “premature” and it was “likely” further charges would result from police inquiries.
It was heard the alleged victim was only interviewed by police yesterday after further “disclosures” were made on Sunday.
The alleged perpetrator has made “some” admissions, the court heard, but their contents were not disclosed in open court.
Defence lawyer Michael O’Brien told the court his client would “undoubtedly” be challenging some of the 12 charges of indecent treatment of a minor.
“Not all of these charges are accepted,” he said.
The man’s bail address is in the Moreton Bay region with his sister.
In addition to her, the man’s ex-partner, her daughter and his biological daughter were all supporting him in court.
A brief of evidence must be disclosed by September 8.
The charges will be mentioned again in Beenleigh on September 23.
