Meet the top 50 young guns of Queensland real estate who are selling close to $3bn worth of homes a year. This is how to get rich in your 20s even without a university degree.

The hottest young gun real estate agents are getting rich in their 20s and 30s, selling close to $3 billion worth of Qld homes in a year.
Data collated from major real estate agencies across the state found 50 of the hottest young agents under 35 years old had sold over $2.74bn worth of homes in the past financial year.
The average sales result for the young agents was $55.86m, with the median at about $50.9m.
The top agent overall was Ray White New Farm’s Tom Lyne, 34, who sold over $134.5m worth of residential properties in the year to the end of June.
He’s been in the industry for 12 years, selling more than one home a week for the past year (55).
One of the youngest agents Brad Wilson, 25, of Ray White Alliance, has been in the business since he was 18 and sold 142 homes in the past financial year – notching up $131m worth of sales.
The Gold Coast local focuses on Upper Coomera where his average time on market for a property sits at 19 days.
Third, and the top female young gun of real estate was Courtney Caulfield, 34, of Place Estate Agents – Kangaroo Point, who sold more than $109m worth of homes during the 12 month period, with 96 residential properties changing hands.
Two more agents had total annual sales results over $100m – Ben Smith of Ray White Redcliffe and Margate, 29, who hit $104.19m and Matthew Follent of Kollosche, 30, who notched $101.5m in the past financial year.
