Brisbane heads to auction with a 26 per cent auction clearance rate from last weekend with seven consecutive interest rate rises in a row now having a noticeable impact on buyer and seller sentiment. But unique properties are still performing well, like 6 Harrier Place in Warner that is one of Queensland’s most viewed properties heading to auction this week.
