Brisbane’s auction volume returns to full strength with more than 100 homes heading under the hammer on Saturday. Townhouses, a deceased estate and near-new homes will feature in our coverage and Corinda State High School will become an auction venue for the first time. Forest Lake’s median house price has increased by 5.7 per cent in three months and is now sitting at $615,000. The suburb is 20km southwest of Brisbane.
