9am – 19 Lewis St, Camp Hill – 5 Bed / 3 Bath / 2 Car on 604sq m
We’re starting the day in Brisbane’s south where this brand new family home is being taken to auction through Place Bulimba. It’s a mix of classic Queenslander and Hamptons and there’s a glass-framed swimming pool out the back for when this cold spell finally ends.
Result: Passed in with a vendor bid of $2.3m. Conditional buyers with ‘mild conditions’ will be inspecting the home at 3pm.
PropTrack data: Camp Hill’s median house price is $1.425m, which represents a 9 per cent annual increase over the past 10 years.
10am – 60 Chancellor St, Sherwood – 5 Bed / 4 Bath / 2 Car on 810sq m
An original 1930s Queenslander in Brisbane’s southwest will go to auction at 10am and has some hi-tech inclusions and elegant renovations to bring it into the modern era. There’s also a mineral pool with a spa.
Result: Passed in with a bid of $2.5m. The property will be listed for sale seeking offers over $2.5m and an open house has been scheduled for 3pm this afternoon.
PropTrack data: Sherwood’s median house price is $1.275m, which is a 6.6 per cent annual increase in over the past 10 years.
10.30am – 26 Argent Place, Sunnybank Hills – 5 Bed / 4 Bath /3 Car on 1906sq m
A grand home in Brisbane’s outer south with resort-style amenities including a swimming pool, sauna, tennis court with basketball hoop, a large covered alfresco seating area with a 2-Pac kitchen service, and landscaped gardens.
Result: Passed in at $3.25m. PropTrack data: The median house price in Sunnybank Hills is $934,000, representing a 7.1 per cent annual increase over the past 10 years.
11am – 31 Pollock St, Balmoral – 4 Bed / 2 Bath / 2 Car on 607sq m
Closer to the city but still in Brisbane’ south is this two-level home with bedrooms upstairs and multiple living areas downstairs. There’s a rear deck and an in-ground pool.
Result: Sold for $2.15m.

11.30am – 2 Alphitonia Cres, Sunnybank Hills – 4 Bed / 3 Bath / 2 Car on 772sq m
We’re back in Sunnybank Hills for the auction of this family home that has been renovated and updated over time. The house has raked ceilings exposed brickwork, solid timber beams and a functional layout for large families. This property is coming to market for the first time in 27 years.
Result: Sold for $1.13m after two bidders took the property to auction with bidding starting at $960,000 (the Gavl livestream was not activated for this auction).
PropTrack data: Around a third of all homes in Sunnybank Hills are owned outright with roughly the same percentage currently paying off a loan for their home. Just over a quarter of the suburb’s houses are rented.
Noon – 119 Banks St, Alderley – 3 Bed / 2 Bath / 2 Car on 1824sq m
In Brisbane’s north, this small home on a giant block is coming to market for the first time. It has good bones but is in need of some TLC.
Result: Passed in with a vendor bid of $1.5m.

2pm – 15 Akala St, Camp Hill 5 Bed / 3 Bath / 2 Car – Place
Our next auction takes us back across the river to Camp Hill where another Hamptons home is heading to auction. This near-new residence has an expansive outdoor terrace with views across landscaped grounds to the in-ground pool.
Result: Sold for $1.65m after two bidders took the property to auction.
PropTrack data: 43 per cent of homeowners in Camp Hill are currently paying off a mortgage, with 27 per cent owning their home outright and 28 per cent renting.
3PM– Crafted Property auction event at The Coffee Club, 18 Commerce Drive, Browns Plains
Lot 1 – 37 Gumview Cres, Flagstone – 5 Bed / 2 Bath – 6 Car on 2263sq m
Flagstone was named 25 years ago in the City of Logan as part of a 40-year vision to expand residential housing to accommodate 120,000 people in this regional location. This neat and tidy family home has tropical landscaping around an in-ground pool and an extra-height three bay shed. It last sold in 2014 for $425,000.
Result: Sold under the hammer for $890,000
Lot 2 – 99 Huntingdale Drive, Greenbank – 6 Bed / 2 Bath / 9 Car on 1ha
Also in the City of Logan is this acreage estate that includes a main house (built in 1995) with two dams, a swimming pool, a triple carport, and a two-bay and four-bay shed. It last sold in 2010 for $540,000.
Result: Sold under the hammer for $902,000

Lot 3 – 125 Abbey St, Forestdale – 5 Bed / 2 Bath / 6 Car on 4014sq m
An acreage estate in an exclusive pocket in the Logan suburb of Forestdale that last sold in 2018 for $895,000.
Result: Sold prior to auction for $1.3m

4PM – 11 Avebury St, West End – 5 Bed / 3 Bath / 3 Car on 536sq m
The inner city will see the auction of this contemporary home with a private pontoon on the Brisbane River that last sold in 2015 for $2.525m.
Result: Bidding opened at $2.3m and jumped quickly to $3m. At $3.35m the auction paused to negotiate and an increased offer of $3.75m was received which was still not enough to buy the home. A vendor bid of $3.9m was made and the property passed in at that price.

5pm – 19 Merlin St, Tennyson – 4 Bed / 2 Bath / 2 Car on 405sq m
Our final auction of the day is walking distance from the Queensland Tennis Centre. This family home has bedrooms upstairs and living areas downstairs with a patio and artificially turfed backyard. It last sold in 2016 for $855,000.
Result: Passed in at $1.2m
