There were three registered bidders during the auction.

Real estate agent from Image Property Brisbane Northside said the people are more concerned about repayments rather than the price.

"Today people are commenting more on ‘what are my repayments’ not so much on the price," Agent said.

“The campaign was a great success, we had about 75 groups coming through the doors and saw a solid bidding at the auction,” Mr Curtain said.

A four-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 7 Cotswold Place, Wishart has sold under the hammer for $1.602m with an opening bid of $970,000.
The low-set federation home within the coveted Sovereign Gardens Estate saw 28 bidders battle it out for the keys to the Wishart residence.
Property agent James Austin from Ray White Mount Gravatt said it was an excellent result.
"Where the property is located is in a really secluded estate. We're used to having a good amount of interest based on how the property market is at the moment but this was exceptional," Mr Austin said.

"I think if stock remains this low and this tight there will be definitely more increases in price.
“The new buyers are local. We have another property with 220 groups, in Upper Mount Gravatt, it's really going off.
Mr Austin said his advice to prospective buyers is to do their research.
“To do some relevant recent research and ask agents options on what’s happening in the suburb. Every area has different mini markets so it’s good to know what’s happening.

There were 18 registered bidders and nearly 34 groups attending the auction.
Lead Agent Ms Susie Braithwaite from Place Graceville said the campaign went well and the property market looks confident.
“The campaign had very good numbers through the door with the property having a very well maintained character,” Ms Braithwaite said.

Up from $500,000, nine registered bidders actively competed for the newly renovated home and the extras, including a spacious outdoor entertainment area.

Located at one of the most affordable suburbs in Greater Brisbane, property agent Paul Penklis from Ray White Beenleigh said 32 groups had viewed the corner block in the 11 days before the auction.

”The inspection number was quite strong,” Mr Penklis said.

“It’s hard to find four-bed(room), two-bath(room) properties sometimes, especially at an affordable price."

“It was also one of those homes people fell in love with very quickly.”

Camp Hill red brick home attracts 200+ buyers

A four bedroom, two-bathroom house at 125 Indus Street, Camp Hill has been sold under the hammer at $1.575m to an investor family.
With a predicted selling price by the outgoing owner at $1.3m, the house built in 1981 reached the expectation at its opening bid.
Fifteen registered bidders pushed the price for the one-storey house to $1.575m, slightly higher than the suburb median.
Property agent Dion Tolley from Place Bulimba said its red brick exterior has attracted a whopping 131 groups of buyers for inspection, contributing to more than 200 potential buyers.

10 bidders registered to take part in the auction with one lucky buyer from Sydney scoring the keys.
Property agent Nick Given from Ray White Clayfield said he was happy with the strong result today.
"These properties in the $1m to 1.5m mark are really popular at the moment. This particular property was on a nice corner block in leafy pocket of Nundah. It was a realistic reserve.

Mr Given said Ray White Collective has seen a 100 per cent clearance rate so far this year.
"There’s a 24 per cent increase in open attendees. The numbers don’t lie it’s busier than it was last year," he said.
"Stock is still really tight, when an owner goes to market and they do everything right. Owners are capitalising on the market, I don’t see it changing in the next 12 to 18 months."

There were seven registered and two active bidders during the auction with 80 people as the crowd.
Lead Agent Carla Haddan from Place Bulimba said the campaign was very busy and a lot of interest from the downsizers in the property.
“The campaign was very busy and we saw 120 people through the door, a lot of downsizers considering buying the small home,” Ms Haddan said.
“The best part of the property is the beautiful wrap-around balcony with a view of Brisbane City and The Gabba .”

Ms Haddan said the lifestyle has seen a change around Brisbane with people looking to relocate from different states and South-East Queensland has seen a major revamp.
“A positive outlook on the SEQ in terms of the property market, especially during the campaign, the team had 4-5 auctions which were totally sold out,” she said.
