There are plenty of buyers out and about in Brisbane today, with yet another auction attracting strong bidder numbers.
A four-bedroom house at 409 Musgrave Rd, Coopers Plains, has sold for $875,000 under the hammer, after attracting 12 registered bidders – five of whom were actively bidding.
Marketing agent Bevin Powell of Ray White Annerley said the reserve was $850,000.

The sellers, who are moving into a retirement home, tried to sell last year, but the best offer they received was $800,000.
"The market has changed for the better," Mr Powell said. "The market is tight everywhere. There's no stock."
The buyers are a local couple with three young children.
