A five-bedroom, three-bathroom home at 64 Raceview Avenue, Hendra has passed in for $1.925m.
No bidders registered for the auction but there is conditional interest outside of auction terms.
Property agent Chrese Morley from Ray White Ascot said there had been strong interest in the property despite the result.
"We’ve had pretty good numbers people have been interested to see how much it would go for," Ms Morley said.
"There are good quality buyers at there at the moment, I'm confident that this will sell soon."
A three-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 18 Weal Avenue, Tarragindi has sold under the hammer for $1.623m with an opening bid of $1.3m.
Property agent Peter Florentzos from LJ Hooker Sunnybank Hills and Mt Gravatt said it was a great campaign.
17 bidders registered for the auction.
"We had over 100 inspections in three weeks so plenty of interest," Mr Florentzos said.
“The market is very strong, I think we’ve sold 9 for 9 today across Brisbane for auction."
Mr Florentzos said his advice to vendors would be to make sure vendors pay attention to the small things before putting their home on the market.
"Because land is so expensive and so are building cots if something is ready to go you save the stress of renovating," he said.
"If someone can find something ready to go and it’s what they want they’re going to go for it.
"Getting the property prepared to the best it can be is important as presentation is a very big thing when selling.
"Getting homes professionally styled, doing the right marketing all adds up to getting that final great result."
A three-bedroom, two-bathroom townhouse at 2/83 Hillsdon Road, Taringa has sold under the hammer for an undisclosed price.
There were 25 bidders registered for the auction today.
Property agent Jessica King from Ray White Indooroopilly said it was a really good campaign.
"We’re seeing strong numbers through each campaign and very good activity on most listings," Ms King said.
"The last three that I’ve listed we’ve had multiple offers after the first viewing."
A three-bedroom, two-bathroom home at 51 Rose Lane, Gordon Park has attracted significant interest from buyers with the home selling for $1.39m with an opening bid of $1.1m.
The auction had 15 registered bidders, with three active throughout the entire auction.
Property agent Holly Bowden from Ray White Wilston said the campaign had a huge interest.
"We had over 100 buyers through the home over the entire course of the campaign," Ms Bowden said.
"Buyers loved how the home was move in ready and there seems to be a lot of buyers under the 1.5m price point at the moment.
“We did pause the auction at $1.35m, and we negotiated with the highest bidder who ended up scoring the home. We announced it on the market at $1.39m with no further bids."
Ms Bowden said she thought the result was a reflection of the lack of good quality properties on the market at the moment.
"I feel that the buyers are bidding strong on top quality properties," she said.
"We’re seeing a few investment pieces come to market that are needing work and are less desirable to buyers, unlike a property like thus one that is well maintained and well presented.
A three-bedroom, one-bathroom home at 9 Judith Street, Ashgrove has sold under the hammer for an undisclosed price.
There were 12 registered bidders at the auction.
Property agent Andrew Keogh from Queensland Sotheby's International Realty – Brisbane said the auction today went really well.
"The market is very robust and we're receiving very good by enquiries across the board," Mr Keogh said.
"We're dealing with a lot of international buyers which includes a lot of ex pats in that demographic."
A three-bedroom, one bathroom home at 147 Victoria St, Morningside sold under the hammer for $1.29m.
Seven bidders registered to take part in the auction.
The property was listed under Jonathan Peck from Ray White, Bulimba.
A two-bedroom, one-bathroom home at 11 Glenora Street, Wynnum positioned on two lots has sold under the hammer for $1.37m with an opening bid of $1m.
The home currently doesn't meet the minimum housing requirement standards in Queensland.
Five registered bidders took part in the auction.
Property agent Gaby McEwan said the house was a knockdown job and is situated on two blocks of land, eight metres wide.
"The campaign went really well for us, we had some offers before the auction which we exceeded at today's auction," Ms McEwan said.
"When you have two lots of eight metres each it limits the build you can do.
"I think that the price we got today was bang on what we thought it would get, without the fig tree it came at $1.39m, so it was pretty close.
However, Ms McEwan said a heritage listed fig tree's roots which comes into the the backyard of the home deterred two of the buyers.
"There was a bit of apprehension, because of the fig tree," she said.
"It’s one of the most famous trees in Brisbane.
"It was floated down the Brisbane river a long time ago for the person who lived inthe home next door.
“I was worried about the bidding, it took a little while but we sold it to a local who lived three to four streets today and they understood the value of the location."
A four-bedroom, four-bathroom home at 62 Barnhurst St, Tarragindi has sold under the hammer for $1.95m with an opening bid of $1.6m.
2 bidders registered for the auction and were active throughout the entire auction.
Property agent Mark Diamond from ATLAS said the campaign went really well with high interest in the property throughout.
"“It was a good campaign we had 60 plus groups come through the property, three offers prior to auction," Mr Diamond said.
"The buyer ended up being local to the south side of Brisbane.
Auctioneer Justin Nickerson from Apollo Auctions said there was intense bidding at the auction today.
"There was 30 to 35 bids going backwards and forwards, it was fantastic," Mr Nickerson said.
"Tarragindi is a popular area, the owners have done a great job on ther home.
"“We had bidders placing $500 bids and attempting to play $200 bids, they were throwing everything had.
"Out of the auctions I've done today the home's have been finished product homes and they can move in and enjoy and ultimately that is what buyers are looking for."
A five-bedroom, three-bathroom home at 14 Vista St, Bardon has sold under the hammer for $2.720m with an opening bid of $2m.
Four bidders registered to take part in the auction.
Property agent Caroline Brown from Caroline Brown Property said it was an amazing three week campaign.
"I had many peoplle interested prior to the auction", Ms Brown said.
"All those who bidded today, they bidded very strongly.
“I think the market is strong for good property, if it has something wrong with it then there is going to be difficulty in selling it.
"Buyers are very ambivalent and pragmatic at the moment they’ll pay anything to get a good quality home they can just move into.
Ms Brown said she had a lot of stock coming up soon.
“Although, I think there is still a lack of stock keeping that is keeping the prices buoyant, after the school holidays I have a lot of listings coming up."
Auctioneer Justin Nickerson from Apollo Auction said it was a great home.
"Beautiful outlook, long standing owners," Mr Nickerson said.
"We had a few families battling it out.
"Competition was quite hot, it pushed the price up to a good level for the owners.
