Matt Lancashire of Ray White New Farm had the highest average sales price in Brisbane’s Inner City of $4,630,735.

Brad Munro and Matt Lancashire have been crowned as some of the top real estate agents in Brisbane Inner City over the past 12 months.

It comes after Queensland’s biggest deal makers who inked the highest number of sales, as well as those with the top average sale prices for the year were revealed via exclusive data from realestate.com.au.

Real estate agents across the state were ranked based on their reported sales to realestate.com.au between April 2022 and March 2023, but not including off-market, private or undisclosed deals.

The top Brisbane Inner City brokers notched dozens of sales and multimillion-dollar deals across suburbs such as New Farm, Paddington, the CBD and Fortitude Valley, despite tough market conditions due to tight stock levels, building company collapses, and interest rate hikes.

PropTrack economist Angus Moore said property activity had been particularly quiet in 2023 in comparison to the start of 2022.

Brad Munro of Position Property Services had Brisbane Inner City’s highest sales volume.

“The number of new listings on realestate.com.au in April was down about 23.5 per cent (nationally) compared to a year ago,” Mr Moore said.

“So we are seeing a little bit less in terms of new stock hitting the market, and a bit less in terms of property turnover and market activity.”
