Now the scaffolding has been removed, ‘Home’ as it’s now known, has been revealed in all its restored glory.

And so did ‘Dahlia Estate’ — a five-bedroom showstopper built into the side of a hill in Tallebudgera Valley that recently sold for $11.2 million under the hammer, smashing the suburb record.

But it’s not all about aesthetics. We’ve also included some of the more controversial properties of the year, such as the Gold Coast home of social media identity and entrepreneur Troy “Candy” Williams, which sold to none other than his buddy and business partner, Adrian “Lambo guy” Portelli, who never fails to make headlines.
