A brilliantly presented renovated post-war home has fetched more than $2m.
There were just three bidders for 82 Mawson St, Stafford Heights that sold in October 2018 for $695,000, according to CoreLogic.
With a complete makeover and some major additions and upgrades, the house looks nothing like its previous self.
It was declared on the market at $2m with the hammer coming down at $2.015m.
Place real estate agent Ross Armstrong said the house was bought by a local couple.
