Brisbane’s auction volume this weekend has almost doubled compared to last weekend with more than 70 homes heading under the hammer across the region.

But the auction volume compared with this time last year is still 15 per cent lower and as we head toward the Easter break that lack of stock in the auction market is expected to remain. The most popular home heading under the hammer is a redesigned Queenslander in Taringa called Alcova.
