Auction result: The auction opened with a bid of $1m from one of three registered buyers and went up in $50,000 increases until the auction paused at $1.2m. The property passed in soon after and is now open to conditional interest over $1.2m.

Auction result: Three registered bidders took part in the auction but the property passed in at $2.11m and agents are now negotiating with the highest bidder who is from Eight Mile Plains.

Opening bid: $1.185m
Auction result: The auction pauses at $1.45m and an increased bid of $1.6m is negotiated which puts the property on the market for sale. No one challenges the offer and the property sells for that price.

Auction result: With one registered bidder, auctioneer Peter Burgin pauses the auction immediately after introducing the home and negotiates a $2.25m sale.

Opening bid: $900,000
Auction result: Three registered bidders take this home to auction but two vendor bids are required to keep the momentum going.
“Inquiry levels have doubled in the past seven days,” auctioneer Peter Burgin says. “I’d hate to see the market beat you.”
The auction pauses following a vendor bid of $1.05m. A buyer increases the bid to $1.055m and the house sells.
2021 flashback as 17 bidders take Indooroopilly home to auction

Auction result: "It was up against two families and the family that won were literally the first people through the door the day it opened," selling agent Judi O'Dea said after the auction.
Of the 17 registered bidders, auctioneer Justin Nickerson worked with five active bidders during the auction to secure a sale above reserve at $2.35m.
"The interest and the number of bidders was like last year. I would say stop being so nervous and make sure you're at the auctions because we are selling at the moment!"
Property worth $8m sells at Ray White auction event
The Ray White auction event at the Calile Hotel has wrapped up with $8.271m worth of property selling under the hammer, making for a 33 per cent 'under-the-hammer' clearance rate. Several properties passed in and are still being negotiated and at least one has a conditional contract on it following the auction. A further six properties sold prior to auction.
