More than 80 properties across Greater Brisbane have made it to auction day today, from vacant blocks of land in Brisbane's west to an extravagant riverfront mansion at Yeronga.

Ray White has two auction events today with more than 20 homes heading under the hammer while Place Estate Agents are on the ground with a similar number of onsite auctions.

The monthly Ray White auction event at the Calile Hotel has just wrapped up with seven of 16 properties selling under the hammer and one property selling prior to auction, giving the event a 47 per cent clearance rate. But negotiations are not over for the Ray White team, with $23m worth of property still being negotiated. See below for all the auction event details.

Auctioneer Haesley Cush says negotiations will continue after the Ray White auction event concludes with an update on the sale expected later in the day.
Auction update, October 31: Ray White's Christine Rudolph says negotiations have continued with the offer being raised 'considerably' since the auction date however the increased offer was unable to meet the seller's expectations and the property is now on the market for offers over $9m.
