It's hammer time! Brisbane auction results live

A real estate agency is donating all profits from the sale of $4.1m worth of property today to people in housing stress.  

This week's auction volumes are double those of a year ago as Brisbane hosts more than 150 house auctions on Saturday.

Australian poet Rupert McCall is helping to sell prestige property on the Brisbane riverfront as part of Saturday's auction line-up, while a Spanish Mission style masterpiece that last sold for $3.1m five years ago will go to auction in Ascot, and there's a rare chance to buy into one of Grange's best streets in Brisbane's north.

No one needs reminding that this is the last weekend of auctions before Queensland's border reopens and it will be interesting to see how auctions respond on the eve of the changed market conditions.
