A prestigious riverfront home is the final offering in a renowned developer’s project in Brisbane’s inner north.
Frasers Property Australia has created 11 ultra-luxury freehold homes in the Hamilton Reach community, withholding the eleventh and final residence at 72 Parkside Circuit, Hamilton, within River’s Reach for sale until the project’s recent completion.
The home features four-bedrooms, five-bathrooms, a soaring 6m void, riverside terrace, heated pool, private lift, and an additional three car basement garage.
Development director at Frasers Property Jamisen Rivera said riverfront homes in Brisbane are a rare commodity.
“The home has beautiful, bold architectural presence underpinning all of that is very much part of that Hamilton Reach community development,” Ms Rivera said.
“Construction has been quite challenging; it has been unprecedented times. We’ve maintained an open dialogue with our customers throughout the process so they feel part of the journey.
Ms Riveria said the customer experience of the project was an essential opportunity for Fraser Property to get right during a statewide trade and materials shortage.
“We wanted the buyers of our Hamilton Reach project to be on the journey with us throughout the entire process,” she said.
“We have had multiple opportunities where customers come to the site with us; we would send them weekly text messages and invite them to many events, taking them to rowing and cooking classes.
“I think what is great is cultivating those connections with our clients where the community comes to fruition before the project has even finished.”
Ms Rivera said the Hamilton Reach project had a strong local uptake of buyers of 80 per cent.
“The neighbouring three-storey statement home was snapped up for $4.8m before it hit the market by a couple already residing at Hamilton Reach,” she said.
“When the buyers walked in, they knew they had to have it immediately.
“Each stage of Hamilton Reach has its own look and feel. It reflects the natural environment, which our residents are incredibly proud of.
“We have residents who mow the lawns themselves and are proud of their community. The legacy of this project is spectacular and timeless as the Hamilton Reach community comes together and is there for one another.”
Partner at Bureau Bureau Proberts Architects Kelly Geldard said house 10 was the last missing piece of the puzzle in the Hamilton Reach community.
“The engagement with the river is just stunning,” Ms Geldard said.
“The house has been designed timeless and durable, so it is not going to be out of fashion, and the materials and details of the house will be durable.
“The home has everything buyers could want such as large storage areas, office space or bedroom and that connection to the Brisbane River.”
Ms Geldard said the recent stage of the Hamilton Reach project was about fitting into an already established area but standing out from the rest of the project.
“We wanted it to feel like it’s a different offering to what has been provided before,” she said.
“There were key design elements we really wanted to include, like dropping the garages down and sinking them down, creating the home’s own private gatehouse for our buyers.”
The final home in the River’s Reach project is priced at $4.3m.
