“We are very excited about the approval of Elridge, KDL’s first residential project in the wonderful community of Jimboomba,” said KDL managing director Kent Leicester.
He said the plan was to create a peaceful village lifestyle, close to local shops, medical and education facilities, cafes and parks.
“Elridge offer residents the perfect canvas to lay down roots and grow. The homesites are substantial and we have contemporary design and landscape covenants intended to preserve the natural landscape.”
Jimboomba is 15 minutes from Logan Central, 50 minutes from Brisbane and an hour from the Gold Coast.
“The natural beauty surrounding the estate and the amazing sense of community in Jimboomba provide an opportunity for an enviable lifestyle.”
Construction is scheduled for early 2023. KDL has several other residential estate in the Logan City Council region, including Rosebank and Montana at Logan Reserve and Nevada and Sierra at Park Ridge.
