Footy legend Darius Boyd and his influencer wife, Kayla, are selling their luxurious Brisbane home to build another.

FOOTY legend Darius Boyd and his influencer wife, Kayla, are selling their uber luxurious Brisbane home with a view to building another one.

It has been less than a year since the stylish power couple finished building the mid-century modern home at 6A Agars Street, Paddington.

The Boyds are selling this property at 6A Agars St, Paddington.

Named ‘Vogue’, the pavillion-style property was designed by acclaimed architect Joe Adsett and built by star builder, Graya.

Kayla Boyd made the announcement this week to her 58,000 Instagram followers: ‘Because life hasn’t been chaotic enough lately... it’s almost been one year since we moved into our dreamy abode, so we knew it was time to hit the market and make it official!’

‘This was always our plan, to build it, to live in it for one year and then, to sell it. Now someone else will be lucky enough to love it and call it home.’

The property even has its own social media account @voguehaus.

The property features a neutral colour palette, sleek lines and a minimalist vibe.

Now, the couple is preparing for their third build.

Records show the Boyds paid $1.205m for the 606 sqm Paddington site in March 2019. It is not known how much was spent on the build.

The mid-century modern home was designed by renowned architect, Joe Adsett.

Marketing agent Drew Davies of Place Ascot said the property was “one of the greatest family homes offered to market this year”.

“Elevated, private and designed to capture the perfect north aspect — and all within a 100m stroll to Rosalie Village,” Mr Davies said.

The luxurious kitchen has a butler’s pantry, high-end appliances and plenty of storage.

The two-level, five-bedroom, four-bathroom property is scheduled for auction.

It features a neutral colour palette, sleek lines and a minimalist vibe.

Just 3km from the CBD, the home also sits within the Milton State School and Kelvin Grove State College catchments.

The master ensuite features a dual vanity and a his and hers shower.

The former Brisbane Broncos skipper and his wife welcomed their third daughter, Gia, last year.

Boyd also recently made it to the final three in the latest season of reality show, SAS Australia, where he opened up about his own mental health battles.

“My whole life fell to shit in 2014 when I was at Newcastle Knights,” he said. “It was a tough year and I don’t feel great about that period of my life. I let a lot of people down, my mum, my grandmother and my wife Kayla. I was unfaithful and she made a good decision to leave. It’s something I’m not proud of.’’
