More than 150 polling booths will open across Toowoomba, the Darling Downs and southern Queensland on Saturday from 8am for the Queensland state election.

From schools to community halls, churches and cultural centres, all polling stations run by the Electoral Commission of Queensland will remain open until 6pm, after which counting will begin.

Check the list carefully, as changes have been made to the number of booths due to big increases in early voting in 2024.
