Police are calling for witnesses and dashcam footage after a woman, aged 57, was killed following a two car collision south of Toowoomba on Wednesday, Juy 30.
Emergency services were called to the incident near the intersection of Toowoomba Karara Rd and Frank Rd south of Wyreema about 4.59pm.
A Queensland Fire Department spokeswoman said initial reports indicated that one of the cars rolled twice in the crash.
The driver of a Landcruiser, a 37-year-old Felton woman, and three passengers, children aged three, four and six were transported to Toowoomba Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the other car, an Aurion, died at the scene.
A Queensland Police spokesman said the forensic crash unit had been tasked to the scene and diversions were put in place for some time along Frank Rd and towards Wyreema Cambooya Rd north of Cambooya.
Forensic Crash Unit investigations remain ongoing.
Any witnesses or anyone with dashcam vision of the events leading up to the crash is urged to contact police.
