Here is our round-up of the region’s top property sellers for 2021, listed in alphabetical order.

Sales data on realestate.com.au, which requires agents to keep their records updated, was used to compile the list*.

Self-described ‘true Bowen local’ Brendon Baker kicked off his career in real estate as a property manager with Professionals Bowen in 2010 after spending the previous 15 years in the finance industry.
