Festive falls delivered rain to much of the state’s coastal regions on Christmas Day, with more than 25 millimetres falling in Brisbane, but forecasters say there won’t be any more in the southeast until 2020 as the north gets ready for storms.
Southeast Queensland soaked up the festive spirit with some much-needed rain, and nowhere was it more appreciated than on this family farm battling its worst conditions since 1967.
