A Warwick man charged with a child sex offence has appeared in court as his matter progresses.
Stanley Wayne Unold, 53, faces one charge of indecent treatment of a child under 16 and appeared in Warwick Magistrates Court on May 15.
It is understood the man is yet to enter a plea to the charge.
The man appeared with defence lawyer Phillip Crook who told the court they were waiting on a brief of evidence.
The matter will next be heard in June.
