No one was reported to have been injured, the QPS spokeswoman said.

About 12.45am on June 16, a male driver was intercepted on Guy St at Warwick. The 26-year-old male from NSW was issued with a notice to appear in Warwick Magistrates Court for drink driving after blowing a reading of of 0.136 BAC.

On Saturday, a vehicle was reported stolen from an address in Boronia Dr at Warwick.

About 11am on the following day, police received information and located the stolen vehicle in the Greenbelt area on Condamine St.

Investigations in relation to the stealing of the vehicle are continuing

Any witnesses or anyone with information in relation to this incident is urged to contact Warwick police or make an anonymous report via Policelink on 131 444.

It was an unhappy start to the weekend in the west region of the Granite Belt for a 42-year-old man who will now face Stanthorpe Magistrates Court for multiple traffic offences.

The 42-year-old was stopped by police while driving a BMW station wagon on High St just before 11am where he is alleged to have declined to give a roadside breath test.

Police have then taken the man back to Stanthorpe station where he provided a positive sample, returning a reading of 0.076.

The man was charged with failing to provide a specimen and driving under the influence of liquor.

Southern Downs emergency service crews had their hands full on Saturday, attending a house fire west of Stanthorpe just before 3pm.

The fire was considered non-suspicious and no one was reported to have been injured.
