“It’s been a family-run business for the past 20 years, which has the flexibility of multiple income streams from the nursery to giftware to ice creamery and even a cafe all on one site,” Mr Williams said.
“It’s got five or six different income streams in the one business, it’s a very profitable business.
“It is so well established with loyal and people that have and will travel just to visit, (they’re) dedicated to the business.”
Mr Williams said the asking price of $1.4m included stock, plants and equipment and said the business was “fully operational”.

Lead agent Scott Williams told Warwick Daily News he’d received enough inquiries in recent weeks that he was confident the business would be sold in the coming weeks.
“It’s been on the market for about six months which is not uncommon for the regions. It’s had a lot of interest so we’re really close to a sale,” he said.

The Windsor Hotel located in the heart of the Surat Basin renewable energy sector has a thriving turnover of more than $3m, with an opportunity to increase revenue.

Warwick could soon see its first major industrial precinct in more than a decade as expressions of interest open.
Listed by LJ Hooker Commercial Toowoomba and will be the second major development project behind Warwick’s newly established Home and Life Centre on Albion St.
Senior commercial sales executive Justin Eastwell told Warwick Daily News back in September the development received an overwhelming number of inquiries in its first two weeks.
“There’s been not much in the way of industrial land to purchase or lease in the area for about 20 years, so it’s prime development,” he said.
“The land is offered at a better price than in those industrial areas in bigger cities, so we’re hoping to attract buyers or developers from those areas as well.”
